Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Holds the bully stick safely so my pups can chew away happily and I don’t worry about them choking on small end bit. I still supervise my dogs when chewing on a treat even with the holder. Both my dogs one 5 kg and one 9.5 kg happily use this device without any issues.

My beautiful dog, Suzie, loves chewing bully sticks. I love giving them to her as it helps her teeth stay in good shape. The problem is she seems to really like them so much that she will swallow the end piece before I can react, which is usually a 2 inch (5cm) piece when she’s done. I understand her not wanting to waste the product, but it is such a huge risk to her health. I’ve had some other bully stick holders in the past, which were also quite pricey, but they did not always work. The bully stick would still occasionally fall out of the holder if my dog was interested enough. With this bully stick holder she has not been able to swallow any more pieces. So I haven’t hold my breath hoping her guts don’t explode since I bought this. Yes it is pricey at 36€. I am sure copycats will eventually come and do it much cheaper, but at least with this one we know it’s non-toxic plastic. I’m thinking about opening a pet shop, and I would definitely ask this company if i can sell this product. It is perfect! Only about 5 cm is left over by the end, so it’s as good as can get for not wasting product, and for keeping our dogs safe!——Meine wunderschöne Hündin Suzie liebt es, an Bully Sticks zu kauen. Ich gebe sie ihr gerne, weil sie gut für ihre Zähne sind. Das Problem ist, dass sie sie so sehr mag, dass sie das Endstück einfach runterschluckt, bevor ich reagieren kann – meistens ein etwa 5 cm langes Stück. Ich verstehe ja, dass sie nichts verschwenden will, aber das ist ein großes Risiko für ihre Gesundheit.Ich hatte schon andere Bully Stick Halter, die auch ziemlich teuer waren, aber sie haben nicht immer funktioniert. Manchmal ist der Stick trotzdem rausgefallen, wenn Suzie sich genug angestrengt hat. Mit diesem Halter passiert das nicht mehr – sie konnte seitdem kein einziges Stück mehr verschlucken. Ich muss also nicht mehr die Luft anhalten und hoffen, dass ihr Magen nicht explodiert!Ja, der Preis ist mit 36 € hoch. Sicher werden irgendwann günstigere Nachmachen auf den Markt kommen, aber zumindest weiß man hier, dass es aus ungiftigem Plastik besteht. Ich überlege, einen eigenen Pet Shop zu eröffnen, und ich würde dieses Produkt definitiv in mein Sortiment aufnehmen. Es ist einfach perfekt! Am Ende bleibt nur ein kleines 5-cm-Stück übrig – also so wenig Verschwendung wie möglich und maximale Sicherheit für unsere Hunde!

Tolles Teil.Zwar teuer aber war jeden Cent wert. Der Hund kann beim kauen endlich alles festhalten und das letzte Stück nicht schlucken. Bin begeistert

I LOVE this. My dogs inhale chews and I'm always afraid they're going to choke on the last inch or two which they try to swallow whole. Not with this! The metal grip holds it tightly in place, the plastic itself is a nice heavy weight and not brittle so it withstands her chewing, picking up and dropping, hitting, etc. It's screws tightly shut unlike others that simply are pushed closed so it's difficult for her to try to open it. Although, one of my dogs does manage to loosen it by rolling it around on the floor. Like any chew toy, this product still requires supervision but it means I can enjoy watching my dogs from the couch with my hands slobber free. The screw action is nice and smooth, definitely well manufactured, and not that squeaky difficult to screw plastic that you often get in poorly manufactured dog toys.I would recommend anyone buy this product, even those with gentle chewers. This has just given me such a peace of mind of choking, and it helps that last bit of chew last a little longer. Even though this is on the pricier side compared to similar products, this is WORTH the money. You won't be replacing it every month or two, it actually works, AND it fits so many more different sizes of chews (both big and very small or thin) than most others can accommodate. I have recommended this to all of my friends. Buy this and you will never buy a different chew holder ever again!
