I wanted to try a size 10 adult pacifier for my oral fixation for a while, and finally pulled the trigger. Wow, this thing is big, but I really enjoy it. The teat is really soft, but it's comfortable in my mouth. Some have said they don't like that it deflates as you suck it, but I find that feature nice. My only complaint is that the shield feel gigantic against my face. I like the Little For Big (LFB) Gen1 shield better. If you want a firmer teat of the same size as this with a smaller shield, get a LFB Gen1 adult pacifier and the separately sold LFB size 8 nipple. It says it's size 8, but it's exactly the same size as this size 10.

Pictures: size compared to the littletude purple pacifier. The nipple and shield is so big, the nipple is soft and deflates but is big enough that deflation doesn't become a problem. My new favorite pacifier just wish they came in more colors.

The nipple is a good fit, but the guard needs curving, to be closer, to my cheeks
