As a full-time filmmaker batteries are our lifeline. This adapters is one of the first I've seen that has a 2.5mm 8v, USB C USB A and D-TAP! And the price point is very attractive. Hopefully it will last. It has a permanent place in my bag

Works great. I have a Ulanzi version one also and the only difference in the Ulanzi version has another USB-C port for input and one for output while this one just has a bidirectional port. This one is currently being used on a Telephoto tripod camera with a Sony A7SIII and it adds a good extra 2~3 more hours of real use time with our older crappier NP-F batteries so it's a big win for us. It also can charge things like our wireless mics, and other accessories while being connected to the hot shoe of the camera. You can even attach another cold shoe on this plate for something like a mic while it's on top of your hot shoe.The price is about what the other NP-F battery adapters are going for.
