horrific terrible service so sad. shoes terrible, try to return, and I am on Vancouver Island BC, and Amazon Just said, I have to TAKE them back to Saskatchewan.I got an email, and told by phoneThis is a JOKE, never will i buy again as this is totally wrong.

Nice and comfortable pair of shoes, the size 9 1/2 is a little big, however, too cute to return, so gave my mom and reordered a size 9.

This is very comfortable and the style is cute. Size fits a bit big because I selected wide. Overall quality of the shoes is durable and provides support and warmth

I should've stuck with my actual size.I chose wide now it is too wide for me although the size is correct.Unless you have a fat feet don't get wide ones. Because they will feel half a size bigger.The shoes are good quality. I just have to add padding inside to fit me well.

En la información del artículo dice que el zapato es stretch y recibí un W, que obviamente no ajusta bien al pie. Ya inicié el proceso de devolución.
