I ordered these to use as a work light in a basement demolition job. One 100ft roll wrapped around the entire area providing more than enough light in each room to safely demo and rebuild. The water proof, rugged, and flexible construction makes it ideal for working in wet areas full of debris.The remote does require direct line of sight to the control box on the plug. Just something to think about when choosing the best location to plug them in.They do give off a bit of heat which should help keep them free of ice and snow in outdoor applications.Excellent product for construction site lighting (wet/dry, indoor/outdoor).I will definitely be ordering more!

Installed the lights around to top edge of our 14th floor balcony on June 26th. Used the remote to light them up and they looked great! Yesterday we had rain and the lights shorted out, popped the GFI. Reset the GFI and now the lights flash and immeadiately go off when powered on. I don't think the waterproof claim is real.

noticed sparking even when powered off. This is a serious safety hazard.I contacted the seller and sent a video of the issue, but received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable.The installation was time-consuming and now feels wasted. I strongly advise against buying this product due to safety concerns and poor customer service.

TL;DR: These are fantastic and live up to their description.These lights are honestly awesome. You can see the individual led components on the back, but from the front of the strip you'd never know it wasn't a continuous light. They are way brighter than I was expecting but they arent over bearing. Super flexible, and seemed pretty durable to being manhandled. I ordered the 20m long, and see zero difference in brightness along the entire length.Attached pictures with the lights hung up were taken in pitch black, easily lighting up the entirety of a pretty large room. One pic is at 100% brightness, and the other is 10%. Honestly, my only complaint is it doesnt go any dimmer. Really the only difference between 10 and 100 is whether or not you can comfortably look straight into the light, which is good for a lot of applications. The housing for the power supply seems pretty light and flimsy too, so works for now but will have to see how it holds up.Seeing how much I like these, I already plan to buy more for a different project.

This was the easiest rope light I’ve put in so far. The clip design with the shape of the light work really well. These clips only use one screw. You put them in place and the rope light fits snugly into the clip with the edges of the light. They don’t snap into place exactly there’s more of a rubbery gummy feel to the light and the clips are made of some kind of silicone.I didn’t try any of the settings. The white was the perfect brightness and tone out of the box. I just have it plugged into an Eve power outlet set to come on at sunset and go off at 22:45, or tell Siri to turn on or off the lights through the Home App. They are plenty bright and light up my parking area the way I want them to.
