Increible cuchillo de CS, se puede ver a lo largo de su bicel y su lomo la forja SanMai, es un verdadero cuchillo todoterreno, ya sea superviviencia, tactico, de bushcraft o de combate, si me encontrara en una situacion complicada me gustaria tener a esta belleza conmigo, de los mejores cuchillos que eh comprado de CS, lo recomiendo mucho

I purchased this iconic knife simply because it was in 3V steel. The textured rubber feel of The handle is very secure. It's lighter than I expected. The securex sheath is also very light making this knife sort of disappear when worn. I have yet to use it a lot but have done some wood processing and it appears to be of good quality and a good performer. Perhaps my only criticism would be the sheath as it seems very tight on the blade. With just a little sap on the blade it sort of sticks in the tight confines and required a little cleaning with alcohol so that it wouldn't be sticky after withdrawing the knife. I'll probably buy an aftermarket kydex sheath.

It's what I've learned to expect from cold steel. Very very sharp, very clean and extremely tough. Dropped on concrete accidentally nothing.... just be careful and use it properly. It will cut you very easily if you do something stupid. It's a big boy blade for sure.

Es simplemente perfecto. Le falta un poco de filo de fábrica. Pero con un rato que lo afiles queda perfecto. Es de lo mejor.

Start with the price. For the 3V steel this is a pretty low priced knife. The 3V steel is one of the current "super steels" that is very high on toughness. The hardness is probably not taken to the maximum, so the toughness is very high. This is carbon steel and it will discolor and/or rust if not given some oil or wax. The handle is friendly to the hand if not the most attractive. But for this use (abuse) is handle charm the deciding factor? Sheath holds the knife like the handle fits the hand. Both get the job done without cosmetic consideration. This is a knife capable of being used and abused and not be worried about appearances.

i bought the AUS 8 version of the SRK and really liked it. felt like it could survive anything. one tough blade. now i'll be retiring it and replacing it with the 3V version. this thing is amazing. they took one of the toughest knife designs and used one of of the toughest steels to make, what feels like, the toughest knife on earth

Comes out the box razor sharp! Very good, did some cutting on cardboard probably cut about 12 feet worth and it lost its edge. I feel a regular carbon steel would have performed just as well for half the price. Other than that havent done much testing but love the design and concept of using cpm3v in an affordable blade.
