Appears to be well made, however after measuring my pup according to sellers instructions, it was way too big. Her snout is 6 inches and her neck is 9. She easily slipped it off her snout.

My dog absolutely hates when I use this on him but it works! I wish it had a clip to hold the bottom up.. but he doesn't pull anymore. He does use both paws to remove it sometimes mid walk :/

I disliked this product as a whole I bought xs for my 8 month old silky terrier the dog slipped out every part the muzzle to big the next to big it defeated the purpose I waited for this now its just a waste of my money I don't even fill like sending a small object like this back that's why I like shopping brick and mortar..I keep getting disappointing by online products and this just another waste ...$$$$down the drain again..so now again I can't walk my dog until I get a good proper fitting leash

I got this product to keep my dog from choking himself when he gets excited. He is small, so he cant pull me that hard. It's more for his benefit than mine. He can EASILY take this off. He has been trained to leave it on and it serves its purpose. If your dogs wants to take this off, they can accomplish that in seconds. The piece that goes around their snout is only tightened when they are actively pulling. Otherwise, it hangs loosely around his snout. If you have a defiant dog, this will NOT work for you. I would give it 5 stars if every dog acted like mine, but most dogs that need a device like this are hyperactive and will not listen when you correct them

I have a Jack Russell Terrier that weighs 14lbs. He is still learning to listen and walk on a lease. I have been looking for a product that is similar to the Holt Halti (which was too big around the neck in the smallest size) as was every other harness found in brick and mortar stores. The only thing I could find was the gentle leader in small. My only complaint was that when my dogs pulls the harness pulls to the side. My experience with the Holt halti on a Belgium shepard is it worked like a horse harness and gave me great control. Now I am excited. This harness does fit properly around his neck. And it fits a little loose on the nose but I think it will break in and soften just fine and work. Stay tuned. Original impression....finally a halter for a small dog that fits around the back of his neck and appears more comfortable because my dog is not trying to take it off his face. Will update after a few walks.
