I live in northern Ohio where it gets very cold in the winter and with this jacket I didn't feel the cold. Size up if you want an oversized look

La usó mi esposa en temperaturas de -10 y funcionó , pero para ella fue muy incómoda el fit

Beautiful jacket. Really lovely. Very puffy. Was able to fit a fleece under it so perfect for our colder winters.

I was debating what to upgrade my vintage North Face Nuptse with and settled on the Pike Lake.Pro of Pike Lake vs Nuptse: better outer material less prone to rips, better hood, synthetic inner fluff won't get soaked as easy as down, less expensive.Con: ever so slightly heavier because down is the lightest but otherwise not heavy at all, the hood is not removableThe profile is maybe not quite as boxy as the north face if you stick to your size. I like oversize so went up to xl. Hits to about hip level with drawstrings inside if you want it a tad shorter. The puff gets puffier the bigger size you go up. Go to their main website to see if the warmth level is right for your area. This pike lake is rated level 3 which is the warmest
