the wear and tear of my older fob makes this a Great replacement. I would recommend taking it to a dealership to get the key cut, but it also eliminates the $100+ you would pay for a keyless remote fob.

This key fob definitely cuts down on cost. Just a forewarning, THE KEY PORTION IS NOT CUT! (See in pic above) What I did was take apart my old key fob (with caved in buttons) and the new one and took the key portion of the old one and placed it in the new one. The programming sites given have great and simple instructions. Programming the new key was no problem at all. 😊

I thought I accidentally bought just the shell, but I purchased the complete fob and to programming was easy. the only thing I had to do was pay to get the key cut at the dealership ($25) stick the existing key in the ignition turn it on then off and immediately stick the new one end turn it on and down, programmed.Great product and can NOT beat the price and quality.

Looks and feels like my original key fob! Unfortunately, my local locksmith is backed up, so I won’t be able to use it for another week or so… :-(
