Product is broken and not working after the mechanic put it on the car the car would not star we took it to for to reprogram and they could do it either the part is garbage waist almost $1000 please don't but this product

La pieza no me funcionó, no hizo ningún cambio y fue una odisea hacer que el vendedor pueda ofrecer una solución sin perder dinero y al final Amazon fue quien resolvió

Llegó en menos tiempo del que señalaba el anuncio. Me lleve una gran desilusión cuando el Mecanico me llamó para decirme que el módulo “nuevo” presentaba más fallas que el que tenía puesto mi auto. Se sobrecalentaba en 2 minutos y el auto se detenía. Ya solicité la devolución, el único inconveniente es que el envío a China desde Mexico sale en $1500 MX.

Item shipped in about 2 weeksHad my local dealer attempted to install and program the unit successfully accepted it.I will check back after 6 monthSecond check in dealership installed all is well so far. My local dealer finally received a couple of the ford style TCM.

Base on a purchase of 10 units, 60% chance this item will work, out of the 10 only 6 did the job, the other 4 didn't take programming.not worth the wait for a month to arrive to find out they don't work. Horrible customer support.

A little background...I was Ford certified after working at a dealer for roughly 10 years. I currently operate my own repair shop. I have access to all the same diagnostic materials and tools that your local dealership does. I am well versed in installing new, reman, and used modules in vehicles. Sometimes part's house reman units and used units program to the current vehicle, sometimes they don't. The problem with this unit is that they come completely blank. The significance of this is that the programming software does not even recognize the module is there! Huge oversight by these guys. The part is now "Currently not available." I know this is a big problem with Focus/Fiesta vehicles, but wait for Ford to get them in. I only broke down and bought this part because the vehicle has been sitting since July. Strictly trying to help my customer out. Definitely not worth taking a chance on this TCM.

Le module recu endommagé as été coller et lors de l’installation la pièce est court circuit et as endommagé mon système électrique j ai dû remettre ma vielle pièce pour me déplacer
