It is cheap china made but my original toyota switch burned up so i bought this thing. Getting the old one out is a trick…. You need a very thing piece of metal to push through the front of the switch between the mounting surface and the face of the switch to release a spring clip then with the tool or thinn metal in there, push and slide the switch out away from you towards the hood of the truck. The light bulb socket is a different style where the original pushes through and this one twists and locks. I just snipped the original off my old switch and used two but connectors to join the two wires and then tested the light to make sure it isnt backwards. I had to slightly bend the pins for the main connector to get my plug to fit most of the way because it slightly melted from heat. But i made it all work. Put it all back and it works great. I would buy this switch again. Ill report back in a few months.

The fit for a 94 pickup 22re is snug..it doesn’t fit all the way..but it works..I’ll probably trim some of the plastic w a dremel for a better fit..also the light fits very loosely onto the dash..I may either soldered the old light to the new switch or just super glue it onto the factory bezel.. I also changed out my 10amp a/c fuse and Denso hvac relay..I have all speed now
