This is a pretty standard guitar strap. It's got a really cool design & pattern, and it fits perfectly as you would expect from a brand like D'Addario. I've had a bunch of straps over the years, ranging in cost and quality, and I can say with certainty that this is the best strap I've owned. The only thing that was missing was the tie for an acoustic guitar (or other guitar I suppose). I had to improvise with that, but otherwise what you see is what you get. Perfect for electrics or guitars with two pins.

This guitar strap is a soft, attractive strap from a reputable brand. It feels very nice against the shoulder despite not being padded. I recently tested another strap with extensive padding that was uncomfortable due to the rigidity of that strap; this strip is not that at all.Adjusting the strap to length was a breeze. Looping the strap over the strap buttons was easy, perhaps too easy.... The strap ends are a supposedly eco-leather. Not sure what this means, but the leather is very soft. Molding them around the guitar strap buttons results in the material staying a little warped and open. For the lighter beater guitar I was testing on, this does not seem to be a problem; I feel like the guitar will not slip off the strap. However, I did not try it on my Les Paul which is magnitudes heavier because I was not comfortable doing so without strap locks. I have seen and heard of one too many heavier guitar slip out of a strap with too malleable strap button holes.Basically, good strap that is very nice looking and soft. If you want to use it on a more expensive and/or heavier guitar, common sense dictates getting strap locks.Oh, it is also important to note that this is made entirely of recycled materials. Even the wrapper looked like recycled brown paper stock material. Kudos to D'Addario for this.

This "D'Addario Eco-Comfort Outrun Woven Guitar Strap" is a really nice strap! The embroidered "Glitch" pattern is really pretty cool!(I don't know what it is, actually... it's almost kind of a "Lichtenberg-pattern" (lightning discharge)... or, a vine, or sumpum... Its definitely a nice touch!)This is a well made, good looking, and, quite comfortable guitar strap, plus, there's the environmentally-conscious construction aspect to it...It's yarn is said to be made from recycled plastic bottles, and, it has so-called, "Eco Leather", strap-ends.(According to a Google Search, "Eco-leather" IS REAL leather, and is a natural product. It just refers to leather that is tanned without using harsh chemicals.)In any case, the "Eco-leather" strap-ends seem sturdy enough.BTW, this "D'Addario Eco-Comfort Outrun Woven Guitar Strap" also has all-plastic buckle-parts,with no metal bits to ding ("Relic") your guitar's body...!I'm hoping that the plastic will hold-up well, over time...but, considering the manufacturer, I'm figuring that it probably will.I think that D'Addario is pretty well-known for the quality of their products, and this new "D'Addario Eco-Comfort Outrun Woven Guitar Strap" seems like it's another one!I've been playing guitar since the mid-1970s and, I have a dozen+ guitars and basses...But, I don't remove the straps, so, each guitar has IT'S OWN strap, that's always attached...And, currently, I'm building two "offset"-style guitars ("Toronado"-inspired, one of which is a solid-body, and the other has a chambered-body)...SO, I'm In-The-Need for a couple more straps...!!!And, I'll tell ya, these "D'Addario Eco-Comfort Woven Guitar Straps" are really nice ones! (So, I got two of 'em!)Plus, for what it's worth, I didn't even need to adjust the length, right out of the box(bag), it was already the right length for me! Nice!I'm sure that there are plenty of less expensive, non-eco alternatives here on Amazon, BUT,IF you're interested in a nice Eco-Friendly Woven Guitar Strap, with cool styling, then, this is a very comfortable, really good looking, and, quite well-made option.I definitely recommend it.(Now, go play guitar!)Have fun.Peace.

I've always used wide leather straps on my guitars, with and without straplocks, even now that I stopped gigging and just do some occasional "bedroom riffing".After trying out his D'Addario Eco-Comfort strap, I have to say, I have a whole new outlook when it comes to guitar straps. I always hated the ones made of nylon that just slid down your shoulder (especially with neck-heavy guitars), but this has a solid feel - it stays where you put it.It is super comfortable and not too thick or too thin. The "Glitch" design pattern looks fantastic - neon-colored floral, but camouflaged a bit so it doesn't look all flowery. The back of the strap is solid black.I am ~6ft tall, and like my guitar centered right around the waist area when standing, and I am able to adjust the strap to the exact spot I like, with an additional room to adjust it another 6" or so longer. It does take some force to make the length adjustment, as the material doesn't go through the buckle all that smoothly. I guess that's the reason why it doesn't slide down your shoulder, so I'll deal with it.The ECO-LEATHER ends feel like premium soft leather, and they have not lost their shape or stiffness after removing from the strap buttons multiple times. These come in a bunch of other patterns too. If I was gigging, I'd probably buy a few of these to match each of my guitars. I'll probably not buy another leather strap again.

This is a low-cost utility guitar strap that is as nice as any in that class that I’ve seen. D'Addario is a well-known and generally respected name in the guitar world, so that is not really a surprise. What is a bit of a surprise is how good-looking this thing is. The colors are deep and beautiful, and the pattern is striking. The photographs online don’t really do it justice. The strap itself is pretty utilitarian. It’s not as plush as some, but it’s soft enough and the right width to be comfortable on the shoulder for even a fairly heavy guitar. It has plenty of length to handle a wide range of instruments and playing styles, including slinging a big old dreadnaught kind of low like I do. The buckle is a decent plastic that works well and seems like it will last a long time. The ends are made from a recycled man-made material that has a fair amount of elasticity, so the button holes fit nicely over standard strap buttons then hold firmly. The hole is a bit small to fit easily over an end pin jack, but it does fit. If I end up with this strap on an acoustic-electric guitar I might enlarge the hole a bit with a hole punch.Bottom line, this is a really beautiful guitar strap from a reliable name at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
