Corsair as always has delivered another quality product. These fans are quiet and look so good. The overall quality is superb. Ended up changing all the fans in my case to these and so glad I did. No more runs of cables is definitely a plus as well.

I have the white variant of these fans, and for the most part, I like them quite a bit. They look really nice. The colors seem badly mismatched from what's shown in the iCUE software (I'm not sure if the tint on the covering is related to that or not), but playing around with it a bit generally gets me the look I want. They run whisper-quiet, and have a good aesthetic even just from a straightforward physical design perspective. And once I had my head wrapped around how the iCUE Link system works, the one-cable design made them very easy to work with, without a spaghetti mess of cables.HOWEVER, I've just finished sending off for my second replacement out of a set of 10. The first always made a soft scraping sound that was only mildly annoying, but a pretty clear defect from the start. As of just this morning, however, one of them has begun making a truly abominable grinding noise when running. Fortunately having just one fan temporarily out of commission isn't the end of the world, but this has left me concerned about how long it's going to be before the rest of them start having problems. There's a two year warranty included, but I suspect that's probably a much bigger hassle than the much shorter-lived return period. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but you may want to make sure there's a nearby return location if you're going to buy these. As this may have once been different, to clarify a bit: The individual fans come with a single very short Link cable, suitable for connecting one cluster of fans to a nearby one, but that's it. You'll want a single long (500mm, I think?) Link cable per 7 fans, as each of the two ports on the hub can support that many (at least without having to dim the LEDs), and they'll probably need to be long to reach the hub. A long cable IS included with the three-fan "starter set" (along with a hub), so you should be mostly set with that, but if you plan to have more than 7 fans, you may need to get an additional cable (or buy two starter sets - I'm not sure which would be cheaper). This was not an issue for me as an additional such cable came with the AIO liquid cooler I got, but make sure to check on that!

Four point five stars because iCue support on Linux barely exists, but that's probably not the most important thing for most people. These look fantastic and the chaining system makes cable management easy. I was able to get them to change color with their temperature so the color becomes warmer as my radiators do, and that works in memory mode so when I boot to Linux I get that effect. More elaborate effects that rely on a greater variety of sensors require you to be in Windows, just as a heads up.But they're quiet, they look phenomenal, and they were easy to install. Not 100% sure if they were totally worth the price compared to the competitors, but I don't have any regrets.
