I am very pleased with this blade. I purchased it only for trimming ten cellular window shades. They have aluminum horizontal bars and fabric cellular shade material. I tightly taped the shades in the fully collapsed (compressed) position and cut them slowly with this blade in a mitre saw. The finish cut was amazing. The fabric looked like it was cut with a razor blade. The aluminum cuts were smooth and clean. The cost of this blade was almost the price of getting one shade cut at a blind store or home improvement store. I should mention that I cut the shades with the thicker part of the width facing up towards the blade. This was an easy job because of this blade.

I used this to shorten a binding sliding patio screen door. I took off 1/8”. Both cuts were clean with no need to file down any burrs - BUT aluminum flakes went flying everywhere including on my arm and shirt. Make sure to wear safety glasses and cut in an area that’s easy to clean or in a spot you don't care about.
