Great cord and very authentic to the older time period. I have now bought my third one and love to use these with my vacuum tube radio repairs to building steampunk lamps etc. The cloth covering looks great and is made very well. Will continue to use these will all my future projects. Thank you.

This cord was perfect to replace a faulty one on our vintage lamp. The wire is stranded copper with a polarized moulded plug. It is plenty long and the brown fabric outer cover is ideal for a vintage look. The price is fair for what you get. It’s a nice looking product as well.

There is something to be said about this type of quality and build of cord; First off this type of cord helps revive the vintage charm of any old appliance whilst providing a new and stable electrical connection to your appliance.Fabric cords like these can last at least up to 10 years where a basic run of the mill appliance cord may only last three to five years under normal operating conditions. As an antique collector I am aware that the new stuff is most likely just a copper core with a synthetic rubber compound around it with the extra layer of rayon braiding around it, BUT I have came across many a fabric cords that would range from 70 - 100 years old where abouts there always little to no fraying. so for around only $8 dollars I highly recommend this replacement cord for your old world charm & durability.

Good quality. I used it to replace the cord on my alarm clock. Just wish it was abalible in 14 gague so I could use for other heavy duty projects aswell.
