Después de haber recogido helado durante años con sus hijos el presidente de la empresa, el ingeniero aeroespacial Michael Chou descubrió una manera más eficiente de acelerar el proceso de entrega de helado duro. Tomando su idea y desarrollando innumerables rediseños y prototipos, nació el Midnight Scoop

This Midnight Scoop is pure excellence!!This is pure excellence! The handle nestles comfortably in the palm of my hand, with little effort it glides through frozen ice cream forming a perfect scoop, is superior quality stainless steel material and the design (especially the subtle 3 stars) makes me want to leave this culinary delight on display on my countertop!! I am completely satisfied.

honestly just get it - it's worth the money. Yes it might initially cost more than your average ice cream scoop, but it's worth it. first off, it's extremely heavy - you can just feel it's good quality holding it and taking it out of the box (yes it comes in a box). Secondly, the fact that it's solid stainless steel means it's going to last a lifetime, no more rusting which I hate. Thirdly, I can actually get ice cream out from the tub straight from the freezer - it functions and works so well. Would recommend (I think I've paid $60 AUD here on Amazon for it)

Me gusta el helado en tarrina y especialmente los sorbetes. Estos son aún más duros q los helados normales. Estaba ya cansado de doblar cucharas o de tener q hacer mucha fuerza con cucharas de helado profesionales. La Midnight scoop va genial y permite sacar el helado más duro sin mucho esfuerzo. Estoy muy contento con la compra.

First of all, I paid full price for this product, on my own, and was not given any discount or freebie for a review. So, this is an honest opinion from a real buyer. I was so hesitant to try this scoop, only because I have tried every single one out there, with nothing but disappointment. I have DISH disease and fibromyalgia, so have not been able to scoop ice cream for years. It's enough to bring on an anxiety attack when you know you have to count on someone else for your ice cream intake. Unless you eat it right out of the container, which I had not yet resorted to. Anyhow, the scoop arrived and I could not believe the packaging. Beautiful! The scoop itself is a gorgeous gold color. When I took it out of the box I was surprised at the weight.....it was obviously sturdy and well-made, but I thought it may be too heavy for me to use. Not so! It is designed in such a way that I was able to scoop even hard ice cream. My gosh, it was so freeing that I cried. No effort required, and my hand/wrist did not hurt afterwards. The fact that people even mention in their review that you can't put it in the dishwasher and that's a negative shows the epitome of laziness in this country. Seriously, people, it's hard work to rinse off an ice cream scoop? Oi vey. This scoop is so beautiful that I store it in the box in a drawer separate from my kitchen utensil junk drawer. Putting the scoop in the drawer with other utensils would have felt sacrireligious. I think the price is right for the quality. You will not be disappointed!!
