These knives are great. Really sharp though so be extremely careful. They cut through meat and other foods really well and really smoothly. Cuisinart is a great brand for cutlery. Highly recommend !

These knives are excellent! All the good reviews are legit. They cut so well for steak knives that don't have teeth. It only has a straight edge, but it can really slice things very thin like an onion or a cucumber. I know these are for steak and they work very well, but they're good enough to cut your vegetables too . They also fit in my knife block where a couple of my pioneer woman knives were missing. I highly recommend these knives worth purchasing and the price is excellent.

I bought these knives to go with my everyday eating utensils, so I’d have a sharp knife on hand for steaks etc. Their sleek appearance even goes well with more formal ware. These quality stainless steel knives are lightweight, and come out of the dishwasher spotless. Be careful, as they are sharp and slide through your meet cutting it with ease!
