Came with a variety of main and idle jets, fuel pipes and filters, even a couple of spark plugs. All for less than the price of a seal kit for the original. Set up and ran fine although yet to do any load tests due to icy weather. Recommend as a replacement or just to have as a spare on the shelf.

Had my doubt of buying an aftermarket carburetor for my Harley. Davidson turns out that it was an excellent purchase. Excellent price bike runs really good. Would definitely buy this again. Would definitely work with seller again.

Hi, took a risk buying this after reading some good reviews. After a brief spell riding this bike, it has remained in the garage for over 8 years!, doing nothing and always a next week project. This year I decided that I should kick myself up the ass and get it ready to sell. The old carburettor. Had stood with fuel and beyond cleaning. Verses a long time trying to clean this I plumbed for this. It took 3 weeks to arrive, but I had lots to do anyway, so that was ok. It arrived boxed and protected with bubble wrap. Also included were 3 spare slow jets varying, 3 main jets 180,190, 195. Fitted 170 main, 45 pilot. Also in box as on listing, spark plugs ( for bin, don't use !poor.) Fuel pipe and clips( poor- don't use)Having cleaned tank of old fuel, I set about removing old carb and fitting this, having watched U tube video of others doing this, which I would recommend.Having examined the carb in detail, I was surprised by it's quality for the money when compared to mega expensive OEM, even used. Some of the screws are very tight, so if you remove float bowl to change jets, make properly sure the bit fits absolutely properly, some people complain of stripping thm, do take precaution as your starter and you will be fine.Having got all electrics back up and working, fuel in tank I was ready to start after 9 yes.I wheeled the old girl out of the garage, got my wife to video counted to 3 and hit the indicator button instead of start, slightly red face. Choke the three brief start buttons! She fired😁 and ran. Turning off choke she spotted ABIT and had to put her back on choke, but will be fine . She was stage 1 tuned, so I've since changed to 180 main jet and yet to start her to see how she is. Just crap weather at moment.Save some time and and don't use the supplied fuel pipe it's crap and fold to easily, I refitted original one. I also fitted the original cable control from original carb as a better routed fit for cablesAll in all, I am happy and without this carb, the bike would be still on garage when I leave this world.😂😂.If you are no confident at doing this change it still a fair price for something that works. Don't expect premium quality but it is good value. Othewise get yourself a large bill and keep it totally original.

I was contemplating 3 stars or 5 stars, but settled with 5. I have a 2006 Harley Sportster 1200 Custom. This carb fit perfectly, no issues with that, the bike runs great and I'd certainly recommend buying the carburetor. That being said, I did need to cannibalize a few parts from the old carb, mainly around the throttle cable area. The plate for idle screw had to be bent so the screw would touch it. Had to swap out the new spring for the old spring and a plunger (?) which would be parts 31 and 33. Now, the diagram shows part 25 which I didn't see on the new carb because part 31 wasn't inserted where it should've been, so could've fallen out some point. Instead of using the old spring and plunger, I could've just used a small washer if available, I settled with swapping in the old parts. She fired up beautifully! You could spend $400 on a new carb from Harley, or wherever. Or you could spend less than $50 bucks on Amazon, spend a little time tweaking things into place, and have a great running bike. I'll save the old carb for parts, likely rebuild it later on. BTW, I didn't need to adjust the air/fuel screw. They've got it cranked 2.5 turns out which had the bike running beautifully. You will need to adjust the idle screw once you get the new carb in place... especially if you need to bend things into alignment. Happy customer here.
