The lock form my old handle fit well and it included the clip to hold it; very easy to install, less than 10 minutes for the whole process.

I have used this handle for several weeks and am please with it's performance. Product was easy to install and works very well.

Si quedó en el espacio adecuadamente, solo que se siente que el material es débil, probablemente muy pronto tenga que comprar otro.

This was a very good and perfect fit for my 2000 Ford F-150. Is the exact size of the one that I took off. It is plastic construction with metal on the inside for the bracket and the fastening housing but so was the previous one. My other one probably broke because it is plastic construction but once I put some WD-40 on the inner part of the tailgate where everything else connects it makes it really easy to open. So I would suggest doing that because the harder it is to pull open the last amount of time it's going to last due to the plastic construction.

Great product as it was an exact perfect fit for my 02 F150 Lariat truck. It took me less than 10 minutes to install! I removed inside panel of tailgate to access the hatch, unbolted the old handle, removed my lock from it "less than 10 seconds" installed it in new handle, reinstalled and it fit perfectly in the old handle indentation molded in the tailgate! I of course had my cordless Dewalt drill and attachments to remove the inside panel of the tailgate :) which made it much faster to install! Before I installed the back panel I shut tailgate a few times to make sure it worked and it did. However I did adjust the rods coming from the new handle that goes to the latches on both sides of tailgate. I did this because I knew they needed adjustments before the old handle broke on me. The gate now works just like new and couldn't be happier! 287,000.0 miles & 18yrs. later my truck still runs & looks like new, despite of the heavy use it gets daily hauling material! You just can't beat a Ford truck, as this is the longest lasting truck Iv'e ever owned! Dodge was the worst truck hands down! It was a POS truck in shop always getting something fixed on it!
