Heat an iron plate or skillet for a while, place the egg rings in the pan and pour cooking oil or butter into each hole to cover the bottom of the pan. Crack an egg into each egg ring or pour in scrambled eggs or pancakes. Adjust heat as needed and fry until desired doneness. SUMMARY: Eggs, and omelets, and pancakes oh my! Product functions as advertised.PROS: Functions better than metal rings. Nice to have a variety of shapes.CONS: Be careful if you want to use the larger structure on a standard frying pan. Some frying pans are not big enough to hold the larger frame and you will need to use the individual molds instead.OVERALL: I am very pleased with this mold. I like to make egg sandwiches and I have tried using the metal rings before, but they always leaked. This mold will easily hold one egg and you can pour two eggs into the mold as long as you delay the second egg to allow the bottom to solidify first. Yum Yum!

I do a lot of meal prep and have been looking for molds to cook multiple eggs at once. These are great! I can use them on the griddle or in a frying pan.

I like but very hard to get clean in the cracks. I will use for pancakes but that is about it.
