Personally, I refresh it once a week or so. However, I prefer a fairly strong scent.

The clip is thin and sturdy which I like. I've had clips that were thicker and it made my vents unusable. Comes with a lot of felt disks so you can match your style or change them out by scent. The metal part is magnetic and solid.

I was expecting this to be much larger based on the picturesnin the advertisement. The box said locket size, but the pictures make it look much larger. I shared the picture I took of it in my car. I'm not happy with the product after seeing how small it is.

Love the color and smoothness of the stone. Just what I expected it to be. Some reviewers did not like the smaller size. I do because it keeps it lightweight.
