This is beautiful....but......it gives you little shocks from the little pack where the batteries are. Nothing horrible, but of course I did not discover it until I was in it for the whole night teaching dance with little ones. I could've likely fixed it with duct tape or something, but had no time to figure that out. I will wear it again next year as it is lovely, quick, easy and the children loved it. I will just get ahead of it so I am not getting zapped all night long.

This was a fun costume. Received so many compliments. The lights were bright and looked really cool at night. Win most unique for Halloween.

Only problem I had was that one of the finger straps broke within a few minutes of wear. It’s really pretty though.

This is pretty and looks like advertised. The material is a decent thickness and reminds me of the type of material a kite might be made out of. It seems to be well-made. There is an elastic band for each arm and one in the middle that can velcro around the neck to keep the shawl on. There is also three little elastic loops on either side of the shall to insert fingers and allow you to fully spread out the shawl to show it off or dance or whatever fun you're going to have with this. I'm a 5'8" adult on the plus-size side and this fits me. I think it will fit several different size people and still be comfortable enough to wear for hours during a fun event.

The finger hold wasn't totally secure. I have to sew it back on.
