Awesome, stylish shorts. Netting is comfortable, but you can also rip out if you really want. Quick drying! Elegant, simple, sharp. I will likely buy another pair.

I have been working out lately, so I was hoping to get some more stylish swimwear for the beach to go along with my new beach bod. Okay, who am I kidding? I do look better, and I'm now self confident enough to go to the beach and maybe take my shirt off, which hasn't been the case for several years. Anyways, I was excited to get these DKNY swim shorts for review to try!Size/Comfort/Feel: The shorts arrived in a pretty standard plastic bag. Taking them out of the bag they seemed a little smaller than I had expected. I am a 6 ft 220 lbs guy with a 38" waist, so per the size chart a large should fit, which is what I got. Anyways they did fit, but they do feel a bit small. For this reason, if you are on the cusp of the size chart or on the fence whether to get a larger size or not, you might want to opt for the larger size. The good news is that they fit well... enough, and I have three months to make them fit more comfortably! The swim shorts have the mesh material inside that you expect to find in many swim shorts, but this does feel a bit better. The holes are much smaller than in some older ones I've got, which makes me feel a little less...exposed which is good.Look/Features: The look is what I really like about these things. Maybe the style is in right now, though there is nothing really cutting edge about it but it just has kind of a timeless style. Nothing really flashy, just a classic but sleek look. I like the colors of the "Poseidon" ones that I got, and the contrast with the white waistband, and the longer, white drawstrings interlaced with blue spirals I think looks cool along with the white stripes on the side, and the DKNY logo on the bottom left of the shorts. The swim pants have two standard pockets, they pass my not-so-patented phone test where I put my iPhone 12 Pro in them, and it fully fits. Another thing I like about them is the pocket on the back, as not all swim shorts have this. The pocket velcros shut and also features a small but sleek looking DKNY logo, which is nice as well. This pocket is a tad bit smaller though, and my phone did stick out and I was unable to close the pocket with it inside, which was slightly disappointing.Conclusion: Theres a lot to love about theses swim shorts. I love the classic style that just looks sleek and modern to me, and timeless at the same time. I think the inner material is pretty good for a pair of swim shorts, with the mesh material feeling comfortable and with smaller mesh holes than some less expensive swim shorts I've worn in the past. I like the pockets, including the bonus velcro-shut pocket in the back, though I wish it was a tad bit larger. My one complaint is these do fit a little small, even when going by the size chart, which is why I'm deducting a star. Overall though, if you like the look of these, just be mindful of the size you get, and I would recommend giving these a try! I know I will be hitting the beach with these in a few short months!

These shorts aren’t ment for the thick boys… they looked good when initially put on but once i tried to move they would strangle my thighs and pull down off my waist… for clearance my waist is a men’s 36 .. prob needed to go up a size or two … not true to size fit

A very comfortable pair of stylish swimming trunks. The trunks are true to size and I really like the plain blue. The drawstrings are very long but easy to tie. The material used for the trunks are high quality. They dry fairly quickly after leaving the pool. Solid value!

Really like these shorts! I'm a 33-34" waist and got medium, and these are a perfect size. Shorter inseam than regular, but not too short by any means. Kinda like a European cut, and I really like it. Fabric is light weight and dries fast.
