The plastic handle is worthless but if you still have the original metal handle it's not hard to drive the pin out and use it in this new housing, just take note on how the spring sits first and it's not hard to get it back together. If your metal handle is broken then I would not recommend this.

The original handle is “pot” metal. The new one is a plastic of some sort. One of the little bar clips broke immediately , but I had the high quality originals to use as a replacement. The two rear rivet holes didn’t line up with the holes in my door, so I had to notch the plastic holes. I’ll be happy if the plastic door handle holds up over time.

This part came quickly. It was the same as the old one and fit right into place.
