Precauciones:
Después de conectar la alimentación, no presione el botón negro antes de encender el interruptor, de lo contrario puede dañarse. Dado que todavía hay corriente en la placa de circuito en este momento, al presionar el botón de pin negro dañará el condensador de potencia en la placa de circuito. Ten cuidado al ajustar el cortador de pelusas. El ajuste incorrecto de la máquina hará que las tijeras no funcionen. Si la altura de la pelusa se ajusta demasiado alta, las tijeras no funcionarán correctamente. Sigue la guía de video en línea para realizar los ajustes adecuados.

I've made a few rugs using this product. It's easy to use and works well. I found it to be very user friendly and easy to figure out. There was a card inside that gave simple instructions and a website for instruction videos if needed.

Everything was exactly as pictured and packaged very nicely I might add! Machine works well and is extremely comprehensive to set up and use. Highly recommend!

Al conectar el adaptador (sin la pistola) tira chispas. La ventana de devolución terminó por lo que debo buscar un adaptador por otro lado.El kit es buenísimo para principiantes pero la calidad del adaptador se siente como si fuese genérico y no el original.

I bought this as my first time user to do rugs. The gun itself comes as a cut pile gun it says you can change it to other style however no instructions on how to change it are available so I been using it on this one mode. It’s a bit tricky to use as a first timer however you get the hang of it. If I would have known I would o just gotten the gun. To be honest the yarn that comes with it is not enough to complete a full project so I suggest just getting the gun and not a bundle because you can get everything else at a cheaper price by themselves. Same thing with the fabric. In all the case it comes in is nice and it has been working for the last month I been using it.

UPDATE: reached out to the company and they tried to help me trouble shoot but due to issues on my end we could not fix the issue. I reached out to Amazon and was able to replace the tufting gun. I am now happy with my product and huge shout out to customer service for both the seller and Amazon.I’ve made one 2.5x3 foot rug and 2 mug rugs. I have notice that the scissors are not cutting very well sometimes not at all. The first 2-3 hours I used the tufting gun it worked perfect. Then the next day I noticed it was not cutting. I’ve tried everything to see what is wrong so now I just use it like it a loop pile gun. 🤷🏻♀️ I thought at first it was the yarn that came with the bundle but it was cutting Red Heart properly then stopped.

My gun worked for one day then I brought it home from a friends house a screw came loose and missing I had to replace it. Since then it hasn’t worked well it keeps sending thread through but gets stuck on the gun and pulls it back out.
