Es un producto caro la verdad sí, pero realmente vale la pena, hace que el limpiar una casa chica (estilo infonavit aqui en Mexico) sea muy rápido, algo que probablemente te podía tomar hasta la hora o más (barrer y trapear bien) con esto te toma muy poco, de 20 a 30 mins. Ya depende de cada quien y su forma de hacer las cosas. Lo que me gustaría es que en la tienda de DREAME aqui en Amazon vendieran algunas partes que se usan en esta aspiradora, como los rodillos o los filtros de polvo, en la caja vienen 2 de cada uno y se ven resistentes y que aguantarán buen tiempo pero estaría bien tener esa opción de repuestos. El modo autolimpieza es bastante bueno, realmente deja el rodillo muuy bien después de cada uso, y el limpiar la aspiradora en general es bastante sencillo. Recomiendo que no se use para aspirar liquidos espesos, la aspiradora lo puede hacer sin problema (pueden ver videos en internet) pero personalmente no lo recomiendo porque asi se extiende más la vida del rodillo al no impregnarlo de cosas de estilo, ya que podría ser más difícil de limpiar posteriormente.

Changed my life! I have 2 Great Pyrenees and we take long walks on the trails and through the mud, so obviously they bring in a lot of dirt. My husband is an avid mountain biker and he brings in a lot of dirt. Our mudroom is exactly that, a mudroom. Up until now, I have surrendered and basically would vacuum the dirt, but any mop system I had basically just moved the dirt around. I would give my floors a real good cleaning, on my hands and knees, if guests were coming, but other than that I just tried not to look at the mess. Enter the Dream H12 Pro Wet Dry Vac...a game changer. The first round I went over all the floors twice. Yucky black water down the drain. After the second pass, my hardwood floors and tiled floors (some irregular slate-like) passed the white glove test! What is super nice is that now that I have gotten the floors under control, it is so easy to just pull this machine out. Takes minimal effort and so now instead of cleaning the floors maybe once a month I do it twice a week! The battery lasts about 30 minutes, more than enough for me to do what I need. I like the self cleaning process which is a bit noisy but only last a few minutes and then drying mode is much quieter. You can occasionally get brush marks but I find that if I move the machine with the grain of the wood this is not an issue. The edge cleaning is great. My tile floors have very thin grout lines so it did pretty well, though definitely better on smoother floors, so I go back and forth in 2 directions if need be. So if you have been putting off mopping your floors, this machine will change your life!

I bought this vacuum after my Tineco simply stopped working and was out of warranty. I had never heard of this brand, but decided to give it a try because I wasn’t so keen on jumping to another Tineco. After using the Dreame, I know why.Set up right out of the box was easy. I like the stand for the extra brush roller and filter to keep things organized and safe from getting lost in my closet.Filling and using is very similar to the Tineco. I like the voice feature on the Dreame. My Tineco voice never worked and I got frustrated trying to figure out what it was trying to tell me based off the pictures. The Dreame has the instructions to turn the voice feature on/off printed directly on the machine so I will be able to turn it off in the future if I wish.The cleaning is great. My floors look nice and the water is full of dirt and grime so I know it’s picking up stuff. I was able to do the entire main floor of my house (about 10-15 minutes) and used up 30% of the charge. I was able to put it right back on the charging station to self-clean. With my Tineco it seemed the self-cleaning wouldn’t work unless I emptied the dirty tank first. So I ended up having to clean out the tank twice each time I used the machine to clean my floors. I didn’t realize how much I hated that until I used this vacuum. It makes a huge difference and is much more convenient to only empty it once with the Dreame.I love the edge suction this vacuum has. It makes a big difference and I don’t feel I’m leaving a strip of dirty floor along my baseboards.I did not notice any puddling or leaking of water. I had to turn it off in the middle of mopping to take a phone call and when I came back it picked up right where we left off and hadn’t left a puddle while it stood still.I bought this on sale so I think it was worth it for that price (around $300). I wouldn’t have replaced my Tineco if it hadn’t quit working, but I think the Dreame is a step up for me. I know everyone raves about Tineco and I think they’re good too, but don’t be afraid to try out the Dreame!

This vacuum and washer is two in one I love it saves lots of time on messed that’s around the table after every meal, it works on ceramic tile, wood floors and more plus once your done with it it cleans the brick automatically the battery last a long time and it takes a very small amount of soap and will washing the vacuum sucks off the water

We thought for a long time whether we needed it, but my husband insisted on it to make my daily cleaning easier. I have 4 children and I need to clean the floor all the time. Our choice fell on the Dream 12 PRO vacuum cleaner. And it fully met our expectations. The vacuum cleaner performs two commands at once: vacuums and washes hard surfaces. This makes my work easier and saves a lot of time and energy. It is very easy to use, has a self-cleaning function, even my children can handle it on their own. I have been using the vacuum cleaner every day for several months now and it works perfectly. I recommend it to all my friends, it is worth the attention and becomes a great helper for cleaning the house.

Es increíble, ahorra tiempo, la pila es suficiente, si se atora con algo escurre agua sucia por el rodillo le desmontas el rodillo limpias y listo la basura grande recomiendo NO la aspires , poco a poco te familiarizas y vas solucionando los detalles

Es un aparato necesario en cada casa. Barrer y trapear a la vez no tiene comparación.Cómo todo utensilio tiene sus limitantes, comí la esquinas, los ángulos y los espacios pequeños.Pero antes de empezar, le das un traspaso a esos espacios y después metes la máquina.Lógico que cosas realmente pegadas al piso, no las levanta, hay que darle una mano antes.Pero el general, es el mejor utensilio de casa que se puede comprar después de una hidrolavadora.

Lo bueno:• Mi casa es pequeña así que la carga es más que suficiente• La potencia de la aspiradora es buena y de verdad es de borde a borde, eso me tiene encantada• Se mueve casi solita por las rueditas• La autolimpieza es muy cómoda• Deja el piso muy limpio• La volvería a comprar, por el precio en comparación con otras está genialLo no tan bueno:• Es menos ligera de lo que imaginé pero no es gran problema• Mi piso es con dibujito y las huellitas que se ven en la foto desaperecen al secar pero no sé cómo se vería en un piso más claro o liso• No se reclina lo suficiente para espacios bajos y profundos pero lo básico lo hace• No la volvería a usar para limpiar huevo o cosas de olor porque la autolimpieza es básica y no quita los olores por completo

Toda fue Perfecto por unos meses. La compre en agosto 2024 y para noviembre 2024 paró de funcionar. Una pérdida de dinero.Después de dos semanas si me puede contactar con el departamento correcto de garantías. Pero tuve un HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Les envié la máquina con todo lo que vino y cuando me la enviaron solo me llegó con el cuerpo y la base de carga. Después de unos días de estar batallando con ellos me pidieron que les enviara otra vez la máquina y cuando la recibí me llegó sin un rodillo, un filtro y con la base de carga rota. Nuevamente después de batallar con ellos escalaron el caso y nuevamente les envié la máquina y según que me iban a enviar una nueva. Después de días me ofrecieron la Dreame H12 Pro Dual pero lo rechaze ya que yo ya tengo una Dyson. Y ya al final optaron por hacerme una devolución.Tuve una pésima experiencia con ellos tuve que ponerme en contacto por todos los medios pisobles para que las cosas ocurrieran si no solo me decían que estaban trabajando en ello o que yo les había enviado la máquina así. La comunicación solo es por email y solo contestan una vez al día, lo cual atrasa demasiado el proceso. Solo hay un número de teléfono que está disponible y cuando se escala el caso ellos ya no te pueden ayudar y se tiene que esperar a que te envíe un email. La página de Instagram igual se tardan en contestar y solo informan que están trabajando en el caso.Lo positivo es que el vendedor de Amazon se puso en contacto con,I go por la mala calificación y si me apoyó durante todo el proceso. Me enviaba múltiples mensajes diarios y fue un gran apoyo y comunicador. Al final siento que gracias al vendedor recibí el reembolso, lo cual agradezco ya que era muy frustrante lidiar con la marca.

La he usado poco pero al parecer funciona bastante bien solo creo que le falta mas instrucciones si debe lavarse cada vez que se use etc, hay algunas dudas que no vienen en las instrucciones.Era un regalo para mi papas pero al parecer si funciona.

Caro pero si vale la pena deja los pisos super limpios que se nota y hasta se sienten. Eso si hay que aprenderle un poco a como usarla no es igual que una aspiradora de mano. Es super fácil de usar y ella sola camina hay que frenarla con la mano.
