I used this to grind the old tile cement off the floor before installing a new tile floor. It worked well and beat doing it with a hammer and chisel. Would recommend.

This was my first time using a diamond grinding wheel on my angle grinder and it made extremely light work of grinding down some rough concrete.I say light work but there is nothing light about this disk, it feels extremely well made and tough enough to last a long time. You have to use the angle grinder with the side handle attached as the gyroscope effect of this disk spinning exerts a lot of force on the tool when trying to adjust the angle.In order to fit the disk I had to remove the shield from my grinder, this might be something specific to my grinder but worth noting.There is a lot of dust created when using this disk on concrete so PPE is highly recommended.I have several other jobs to do once the weather dries up, but I don't doubt that this disk will make light work of them all and I'm looking forward to using it again soon.

This is the second smallest of the grinding wheels at 115mm yet it weighs 430g so it is well made and quite heavy. Therefore if you are going for the larger diameter grinding wheels i.e. 180mm be prepared for all that weight. If you drop this on your foot you will do some serious damage so ideally work with steal toe-cap boots as well as good eye protection.As for it's grinding ability. It is very good although like all grinding it is incredibly messy/dusty and a tad noisy.This size is ideal for smaller jobs and I had no problem on the concrete and brick I tried it on using a small hand held angle grinder

This fit well on my angle grinders. I used it to smooth out concrete paver blocks I used to build 3 patio areas. As with all of these, it does produce a lot of concrete dust so best to wear all the protection (eyes, nose, mouth, and ears) when using it. Easy to use and works well.
