I needed to tuck the cables in on a portable mini hdmi monitor to fit in portable lifepo powered raspberry pi kit. These did the trick perfectly. I did have to modify my 3d printed brackets a bit to work around it. But I am very happy with the results.

Used this on my portable monitor, and I hate it. Why? because both of them if the PC display turns off after a few minutes of no use and you wake it up, there is about 50% chance the display will start blinking on and off until you unplug it, or turn the monitor off and on again. Doesn't do it when not using these, so I don't really recommend them, that or I got bad ones, I don't know. Just putting up with it for the time being.

It may not fit the portable monitor. It is just 1 to 1.5mm short to fit the portable monitor. One may try to fit it in if you are able to shave the plastic shield off a little bit.

Misleading labeling, it’s not 8k and not even good quality, out of the 4 I bought, only one worked. The connection length of the pins are so short that any touch can disconnect it. Very frustrating and not worth the hassle.
