Although it doesn't blow out cold air it's a lifesaver sitting at red lights. It makes driving without AC not so uncomfortable.

I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. I was looking for an automotive floor fan to help keep the car floor dry where the kids get in/out during the winter. This was the best option I came up with. For that function, it works. My only minor complaint is that I'd originally imagined it might have nearly 180 degrees of rotation so I could turn the output of the fan around to the bottom so it is at floor level like a typical floor drying fan, but the fan's rotation is much less than that, around or just less than 90 degrees I'd say. That said, the fan is so short that having the exhaust come from the top is not that big of a deal in my use case. A positive of the not much rotation in its design is that the center of gravity on the fan is pretty low, and it does not slide on the floor nor has it tipped over in my typical driving. It has two speed settings. It doesn't put out a huge amount of air on the high setting, but it's enough and it's quieter on high than typical road noise while driving (the fan is pretty quiet). There are two sets of blades, on the left and right of the middle (where I assume the motor is), and as such it needs air intake on both sides. The cord is better gauge than I expected, not heavy duty, but not flimsy/lightweight either. Plug is right angle. The same fan seems to appear under multiple brands/vendors on Amazon, and it shipped directly from China. On the box, it says it's a Mitchell HX-T301 Vehicle Fan, with specs: 12 volt DC,
