This is a very sturdy mount. It held the cowbell well, and it stayed in place with repeated hits. We would recommend this cowbell clamp mount.

I am torn on this review, which is why it is evening out to a four.One one hand, it doesn't have a clamp on the upper part to hold your choice of auxillary percussion. I made the assumption when ordering that it would have this part, as other cowbell clamps I have used have always included this portion. That is on me and my failure to fully read the description. That being said, the value of this in comparison to better priced clamps just isn't there.The one good thing the clamp has going for it is the bent rod. This allows more versaitility when you do attach items to it, which is value added. Does it add enough to justify the price? Maybe, but it probably is not the clamp I would pick out for this purpose.
