It works but the mirror select goes smooth to the right but when you choose the left mirror it’s kinda hard and can’t really tell left from center. I should have returned it but will give it a shot

Received as advertised. Delivered in a timely manner.So inspected unit & function. No issues so far.Attempted to install on my 1998 S10, there seemed to be a fitment problem. The top switch that selects either the left or right mirror to adjusts was too snug & binding on the panel.I had to shave the panel a bit here and there, especially around the corners to get it to function more properly & smoothly without binding.After trial & error, it finally motioned much smoother, and, after testing for operational function, I now have working power mirrors.Yours may not need to do any modifications, however, just be mindful & check for fitment & operational function before just putting it all together & finding out after the fact it needs some tweeking to the panel.I’ll see the longevity of the unit as time goes further. So far, so good for now.

Can't believe I drove around for so darn long without being able to position my mirrors. Great price/works awesome. piece of cake to install.
