Al principio sabe el agua un poco a barro pero en 2 dos días se le quita, el agua está sabrosa, para el consumo de 2 personas perfecto. Quizá 3

Nos encantó! Pasado el 3er día el agua sabe perfecta, a mí me sabe sin cloro y mejor que las marcas embotelladas (si es que alguna vez has probado agua de pozo potable, a eso me sabe).

Buen producto, cumple con la función, tuve la experiencia de que llegó roto el filtro, pero el contactarse con ellos es una opción, recordar que tienen muchos pedidos por lo cual pueden tardar un poco, pero me hicieron válida la garantía enviándome otro, tardo un poco solamente pero el otro llegó bien, hay que recordar que es un producto frágil, por lo cual es algo a tomar en cuenta que puede haber inconvenientes en el transporte

Mi pedido tardó en llegarme 3 meses, desde noviembre hasta febrero. En el transcurso me comuniqué muchas veces y Ecofiltro no daba ninguna respuesta concreta, siempre fue vía Amazon y whatsapp. Hasta que después de una larga espera y mucha frustración decidí marcar por teléfono; otra experiencia totalmente diferente. Literal después de la llamada lo recibí a los 3 días, y la atención demasiado buena.Ahora el producto es una maravilla, tarda un poco las primeras veces en filtrar pero poco tiempo después lo hace bastante bien. El sabor del agua es muuuy ligeramente a barro, pero casi imperceptible y estéticamente la verdad luce bien.Recomiendo SI compren el producto y si tienen algún detalle marquen por teléfono.

No sale agua de la llave del filtro, después de 4:30 horas de llenarlo de agua siguiendo instrucciones, al abrir la llave, que ya venía instalada, no sale ninguna gota de agua. Ya bajo el nivel del agua en el filtro por lo que ya debió de llegar al nivel de la llave. Hable por teléfono a servicio y me pidieron enviar un correo lo cual ya hice.

Es un filtro bastante fácil de usar. Se lava fácilmente y llena igual, incluso el rellenarlo es bastante sencillo y cómodo.El sabor es algo raro, pero en un par de días le tomamos el gusto.Sin duda recomendable.

Me agrada lo facil que es llenarlo, al principio quizá una semana o semana y media dependiendo del uso tu agua sabrá un poco a barro, pero después de ese tiempo el sabor será bastante bueno, además se mantiene fresca en el interior

I found out about the Ecofiltro from a video of a couple restoring a farmhouse in Italy. The municipal water there is hard and over-chlorinated - like mine - and they wanted a more sustainable method for filtering their water. I've been using a Brita pitcher and the endless filter replacement, aside from cost, keeps adding to the mountain of plastic in this world.I started hunting for the Ecofiltro and found the European distributor that has a lot of helpful information but will not ship to the US. Amazon came through for about $100 more than you can buy in Europe but honestly I'm glad I could even get one - more so now that I've been living with it.Okay, so first off this is big, but the description keeps changing as to its actual capacity. At present it is saying 2.1 gallon and I would say that's for immediately available water. Factor in water in the filter and it adds another couple gallons. The unit measures 12" in diameter and 17" high.Given this shipped from Guatemala and then traveled through the Amazon system, the box looked like it had a rough time of it. It's packed well and it was in perfect condition. Because this is a sustainable product, there was no printed manual and the QR code they supplied for downloading one went to a site that was down. I recommend searching for "ecofiltro europe" as their site has a lot of resources including setup.Be prepared that it will take a good day for the Ecofiltro to be ready to use. You'll fill up the clay filter and it will slowly absorb the water until it's saturated and and then start releasing the water into the reservoir. You'll keep adding water until it has filled the reservoir and you have a reserve in the filter. You can drink the water immediately although the first gallon tastes a little clay-like - that dissipates after a couple days. Beyond that, the water tastes amazing!With everyday use, you'll add to the filter so there's always water ready to be filtered as you draw from the reservoir. They state that you should never let the filter go dry once you start using it. Given how long it takes initially to absorb water on first use, that would prevent long gaps in filtering but there might be further implications with the filter's integrity - merely guessing on my part as they don't explain.While it's just me, I will drink a gallon a day, plus what I use for cooking, coffee, etc. I have a tiny kitchen and this takes up valuable counter space. It is totally worth it.
