I bought this to do a head gasket replacement. I had no problems with slippage as long as I made sure the valve seat fork was secure before applying full torque. Also, remove your spark plugs and use a 1/4" diameter rod to go down in the cylinder and feel that the piston has traveled down before using the tool. You don't want to bend a vavle! This tool is worth the purchase!

Bought that set to work on my 2006 Jeep liberty after i noticed she was burning oil in the valves seal ,It works well seal were changed easily using this tool

I bought all kinds and different shapes to remove the valve, and I did not benefit from all of them until I bought this easy and effective product, which is recommended in manufacture. For this reason, I advise you not to waste time and money only to buy this tool that facilitates work and does not need to remove the camshaft or the engine head, strongly advised I used it in my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 engine
