I liked the quality of this strainer. It fit into the drain snugly but still easy to remove.

They are perfect and saved a trip to hardware store, where they were probably out of stock anyway. Hopefully it is really stainless steel as advertised. Time will tell.

These fit into my sink and shower drains perfectly. They did not work in one of my tub drains because there is a bar across the opening so it wouldn't fit down inside. I have to clean out the mesh quite frequently, but I don't mind because it's easy to clean, and I like that all the stuff I am cleaning out is not going down my drain. Water drains from the shower very well with this installed, and if it ever starts to back up it just means the mesh needs to be cleaned out, and then it starts draining fine again. The sink gets dirty underneath this cover because moisture and particles get trapped and sit there until I remove it and wipe it down, but you can't see that it is getting dirty around the edge of the drain until you pick up the drain cover.
