Works as expected. It seems lot of midi devices use this format now so it is nice to have adapters and these work. Unfortunately the product is unavailable so I can't speak for value. If they are a few bucks a piece I think it is a good way to use your regular midi cables with devices that use this connetion.

These are pretty much like the other midi 3.5 trs adapters I have - it's always good to have some of these around because a number of the newer pedals are starting to use 3.5mm adapters for their midi ports (I don't know why it wasn't this way from the beginning). Anyway, these are great. I do wish they had them with right angle plugs but you can get an adapter to do that. This gives me the flexibility to adapt pedals with different midi ports with each other for a more seamless integration on my pedalboard.
