First off, it is a bit smaller than one would imagine from the pictures. But of course, that means less capacity, which means refueling more often than others. On the flip side, I must say, the smaller diameter reservoir makes it easier to get into smaller areas. So there you go!

I take my dogs out every morning to a friend's house where there is a nice fire pit and a place for them to roam. During the winter I make a fire every morning, so a good, dependable lighter is a valuable tool. The fact that this is refillable and has a strong straight flame is a huge bonus. Five stars!

I needed a long neck lighter but wanted one that was flexible and not a throwaway. This covered both. Easy to fill but doesn’t come with the tips to fit on can of fuel but I had some from another torch I have. Works great, doesn’t stop as soon as you let off the button though. Runs for less than a second so don’t just set it down til you see the flame go out.

Worked very well for lighting the BBQ. And then …… the button stopped working. Frozen solid. Will not budge.Gotta rate this really low for short longevity. We were out of town for 10 days so missed the opportunity to return it. Double drat.

This thing fires perfectly almost every time and the torch is pretty strong. The one issue I have is with candles. It lights them just fine if the wick is near the top of the jar. If the wick/wax gets to about halfway though it quits working. Essentially the flame burns up all the oxygen in the jar and no oxygen, no fire.It does great on bbg, seafood boil cookers, or fire pits because you have ambient oxygen.
