Works great and is short enough to fit in my decorative tin along with tealights. (Most were too long)

I bought this to keep out on a counter for lighting candles. It is small and not too chunky. Works as advertized. Perfect for lighting anything with a wick. You may have trouble lighting larger items that don't fit between the electrodes but perfect for what I was looking for.

Currently priced at $21.99 (there is an additional available 15% off coupon) this is a handy arc later with a USB A to USB-C charging cable included. It is lightweight, easy to use, and provides (according to the manufacturer) approximately 45 8 second ignition sequences. It also has a built-in thermal overload circuit which will prevent you from using the device if it is too hot.It is extremely easy to use as all you have to do is unlock the device and push the circular button to initiate the electric arc. It has a decent amount of length which helps reach into some taller or recessed candles and/or places where you may need to ignite some gas.The only negative about this device is the price. There appear to be a number of options available that are priced almost half of what this one retails for. Granted, I haven't tested any of those but the designs appear similar in some also appear to have a flexible neck which could be useful when trying to ignite some hard to reach items.That aside, I am quite happy with this device as it will be replacing the butane later I normally used to light my candles.If the design appeals to you and the price is acceptable (given alternatives) I would recommend considering this product.

I ordered this ULOMO Electric Arc Plasma Lighter to use when we go camping so I didn't have to carry matches that never work well in wet or windy conditions or a butane lighter that doesn't always work in cold temperatures. It's powered by a built in, 210mAh battery so there's no fuel to worry about, and it creates a Plasma Arc that's not affected by wind. A fully charged battery will provide approximately 45 ignitions, with a safety interval of 8 seconds required between each ignition. It's recharged via a USB-C charging port and will require approximately 1.5 hours to charge from empty to 100%.The lighter has a metal ignition head and a plastic body and measures 14.5cm in length and weighs just 33.5 grams so it's easy to store in your backpack or a jacket pocket. It has a rounded and tapered shape that fits your hand nicely and features a built in safety switch that prevents the lighter from igniting accidentally. To use this lighter you slide the safety switch from the Off to On position and then press the power button. There are three LED's that will light up to show the remaining battery power, 3 LED's = 100%, 2 LED's = 65%, 1 LED = 35%.The plasma arc created at the tip of this lighter is extremely hot and lights paper, kindling or candle wicks easily. The lighter has a high temperature protection feature that will shut the lighter off if you keep the power button pressed for more than 8 seconds. It will also turn off automatically after 15 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery power.This lighter works great in all weather conditions and is reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
