Mantenimiento de la batería:
Retira siempre la batería de tu herramienta cuando estés montando piezas, haciendo ajustes, limpiando o cuando no se estés utilizando durante un tiempo prolongado. Si no planeas usar la batería de herramientas eléctricas durante un mes o más, guárdela en un lugar limpio, seco y fresco lejos del calor y los objetos metálicos. Las baterías de Ni-Cd, Ni-MH y Li-ion se autodescargarán durante el almacenamiento; recuerda recargar las baterías antes de su uso. No dejes la batería inactiva durante largos períodos de tiempo. Recomendamos utilizar la batería al menos una vez cada dos o tres semanas.

Before purchasing this battery charger my single battery charger worked great until it fell out of the wall socket and then I had to charge it up for hours before I could use it again. This two battery unit sits in a very safe cradle using an USB connection.Having a fully charged spare battery is a very practical idea. Using USB for charging makes charging more versatile. For those two reasons this is a perfect choice.

I'm glad to have these to breath new life into my old B&D cordless screwdriver. The charger works great, but you need your own power supply. Any wall-wart with a USB-A port should work.I was looking at getting a new cordless screwdriver sold by the fluorescent yellow brand "R", but their offering doesn't have the clutch feature that my old B&D screwdriver has, and by reviews is not as powerful, so I passed on it. That's when it hit me to see if aftermarket batteries are available for the B&D, and thus I now have these!I've seen reviews of batteries fitting tightly in the tools. I agree that these fit tightly, but it doesn't take much to remove the battery. I think with use the label material will wear down and allow for easier removal.The only con is that these do not come with new battery safety caps for storage. The caps prevent other tools from short circuiting the battery. Including new caps would be a good differentiator for a brand to make their batteries more attractive (note to manufacturer).

The original NiCad batteries (or the charger) for my B&D cordless driver (FP800) gave up the ghost years ago. I hated the thought of trashing the tool, as it was well suited to the light driving and drilling tasks I used it for. I decided to see if there was a replacement for the NiCad Versapack batteries. Found these3.6V Li-Ion batteries with charger and figured I'd try. We'll, for, fit & function are on the spot, and my driver now works fine. For my purposes, this was a good buy, and I'll be dropping the old batteries off at the big-box retailer for recycling.

The charger and batteries arrived after a week, well packaged and in the mailbox.The charger worked well and was plugged into a wall USB port.Once charged, which didn’t take very long, powered my drill just like it just like the drill was new.I am very satisfied with this replacement battery and charger.
