Cuchillo de hoja fija Izula con funda de polímero moldeado y kit de supervivencia
Los lugareños en Perú llaman a la hormiga más mala y desagradable de la selva con el nombre "Isula". Lo conocemos como el Bullet Ant. El Bullet Ant es conocido por ser no empotrado, resistente, ligero en sus pies y un verdadero sobreviviente agresivo: el cuchillo IZULA está construido de la misma manera. Este cuchillo está diseñado para ser el kit de supervivencia ligero perfecto o un cuchillo de transporte oculto (o sin ocultar si lo prefieres). Incluye funda de transporte moldeada por inyección negra duradera con una placa de clip ambidiestro extraíble.
El kit de supervivencia incluye:

Cuidado/mantenimiento: Los cuchillos de acero al carbono ESEE están hechos de acero 1095. 1095 es una mejor opción para cubiertos profesionales diseñados para un uso duro, se oxidará y manchará si no se cuida adecuadamente, especialmente en el borde de corte y alrededor del grabado láser. Es responsabilidad del usuario mantener las cuchillas correctamente lubricadas y limpias. Sugerimos utilizar un inhibidor de óxido de película seca como TUF-GLIDE o TUF-CLOTH.

Necesitaba un cuchillo pequeño, pero más robusto que el de mi SAK para ciertas labores de camping. Este lo puedo llevar horizontal y no interfiere con el soporte de mi mochila, así que lo tengo a la mano incluso cuando estoy en el sendero. No llama la atención en el cinto, pero cuando lo he sacado frente a otros campistas siempre se roba las miradas. Lo he usado para batonear, limpiar el campamento y me da tranquilidad psicológica cuando voy solo.

Petit couteau de cou (il existe même un modèle avec un etui pour la cheville) de très bonne qualité.J'ai utilisé de la paracorde 3mm pour me faire un manche et ainsi gagner en confort.L'étui est de bonne qualité mais la rétention étant passive, j'ai bricolé une attache rapide pour plus de sécurité quand je le porte autour du cou

Das ESEE Izula ist bis heute eins meiner liebsten Messer und es begleitet mich fast täglich. Das ESEE Izula besteht aus einem NICHT rostfreiem 1095 KohlenstoffStahl und bedarf daher etwas Pflege. Steckt man die Klinge z.B. nass in die Kunststoffscheide und lässt sie dort kann sich an der schneide Rost ansetzen, dieser lässt sich beim schärfen aber sehr gut abtragen. Ich schütze das Messer nach dem schärfen immer mit etwas Pflanzen Öl somit kann es nicht rosten. Die restliche Klinge ist zum Schutz Pulverbeschichtet. Das Izula gibt es in verschiednen Farben: Schwarz, Pink, Sand und Venom Green, Green usw. Der 1095 stahl lässt sich sehr gut schärfen besitzt aber nur eine mittlere Schnitthaltigkeit. Ich habe Handschuh Größe 8 und komm mit dem Izula sehr gut klar. Leute mit größeren Händen sollten sich das Izula 2 anschauen dies hat einen etwas längeren Griff. Optional bekommt man Mircarta Griffschalen die ich persönlich am Izula etwas globig finde. Mir gefällt der skelettierte griff sehr gut da man ihn mit Paracord in seiner Wunschfarbe wickeln kann. Zusätzlich hat man immer etwas Schnur dabei. Über das angebotene Set kann man sich streiten, nützlich finde ich den Gürtel Clip.Das Messer nur mit Scheide ist dadurch auch deutlich günstiger. Ich bin mit dem Izula sehr zufrieden und kann es sehr empfehlen.

Sicher eins der besten Paracord Messer auf dem Markt. An alle dennen 70€ für ein Messer zu viel ist, kann ich nur sagen das ich auch mal so gedacht habe aber wer billig kauft, kauft teuer! Ein Top Preis LeistungsVerhältnis daher Kaufempfehlung!

This is an excellent knife. I was looking for a high-quality smallish fixed-blade knife that would be suitable for everyday carry and day-hikes in the woods. This blade suits me perfectly. Lightweight, compact, and yet still big enough to use for serious chores if need be. Personally, I would not consider this a neck-knife, though. No doubt it could work for that, but it's just a little bigger than I would like dangling on my chest. NOTE: mine did come with a belt-clip plate, which is not mentioned and which I unknowingly ordered a duplicate of. (Too late I noticed another reviewer commented on this.)As others have mentioned, mine too came shaving sharp, and I am very pleased with overall quality and functionality. I just wrapped the handle with the included para-cord (which is the legitimate seven-strand stuff) and am happy with the result. A note on the size: I have large but not huge hands, and I find the handle size comfortable, but not quite enough to get the pinky on it. That doesn't bother me at all; the knife still feels secure and under control.
