Shipping was very fast. Product was easy to install. Fit and finish are 9 out of 10. The only real problem is that the mirror is wide angle compared to the OEM which seemed pretty standard. I am sure I will get used to it soon.

After carefully reviewing a number of replacement parts, I decided to take a chance on this one because it comes pre-painted, was a good value, and was available quickly (although it arrived a few days later than originally scheduled). I installed, and fits my 2016 XLE, although the product description is 2013-2015. The paint is a metallic white, not Super White, but close enough for my needs on an older car. As noted by at least one other reviewer, the actual fit and finish of this replacement part is not nearly as good as the OEM (but that would likely cost $600+ for the dealer part, if available). There are some gaps between mounting plates on the supplied part. Before ordering, I disassembled the door panel, to check that the mounting points and connector looked like a match, and as noted, all worked fine with that. Functions - remote electric adjustment, and turn signal/flashers. My part was a 7 pin connector - which does not include the optional blind spot monitoring on some models (that would be an 8 pin connector). I have lots of experience with door and body parts - if not familiar with that, check out some youtube videos on mirror replacement so you know what you are getting into. Having a selection of panel tools helps quite a bit, along with a 10mm socket wrench.
