The piece that screws in with the contact info and address on it would not stay screwed in and it kept falling off while they were in the house and then it fell off who knows where on day 2 while outside. Not a good product.

Purchased these to save a trip to pet store to have tags Engraved.Within 5 minutes of me filling out the little papers with name and number both opened up and content fell out and charms fell off both dogs while fetching the ball.

lindos, pero a los 2 dias la perra ya lo perdió, ajusté mas y puse, luego se le salió nuevamente, con el gato se le salió solo 1 vez, en fin...

This might be a good option for dogs with fluctuating medical issues, or owners who might move around a lot and change addresses or phone numbers, or anything that might affect the text on a typical dog id tag. It allows the owners to put and easily change the pertinent info inside the attached screw-on tube. There is nothing inherently wrong with these but they do make noise and are hard to dampen the sounds of the tube clinking against the tag.

I love these little "message in a bottle" type of pet tags. Even though both of our dogs have chips implanted in them, not everyone wants to go through any type of hassle when finding a lost pet by taking them somewhere to have their chip read. Besides, we have moved several times and any address associated with the chips is out of date, but the phone numbers are the same. But with these all anyone has to do is open up the little vials and all of the pet's important information is inside! A Great idea!There are two different tag kits, one for a smaller dog and one for a larger dog, although any size dog can wear either one. They also come with preprinted scrolls inside of the screw tight vials and we just have to fill out the forms (name, address, phone) with room to add more info (diabetic etc...). There are also three cute small high quality charms included besides the 2 tags, 2 vials and 2 rings.I had no problem keeping the capsules screwed tight, just need to give them a good tight twist. One could also dip the capsule in wax to make it water tight and keep it sealed.All in all, a great idea and added security in case your pet gets lost.
