Another update. The app has been corrected.Only issue is they need to let people know that for the labels to function properly you need to remove the large donut plastic rings on the side but BY GOD don’t remove the little label on the side of the label roll since it defines the label to the machine. It won’t work if it has been removed.Update: removed 4 stars I am appalled at this company. They pushed out an app update that has destroyed the device. It is worthless. I spoke with developer services and they are working on a fix. Why developers can’t leave things alone is a mystery. I’d love to take this label maker and “put it in a place not to be mentioned”. Not a big deal though. I mean it’s just something we use for business purposes. Not important. (That’s was sarcasm)Adhesive is strong. Print comes out well. I purposely bought the brand vs a compatible and I’m glad I did. Since these are continuous I can make my labels any length I want. The label maker along with these labels is really good stuff.

The first set of labels worked great but then they sent two other sets that were transparent. They were worthless. It could have been a good deal if it weren’t for that.

Not a lot to say about tape, but I got the printer last week and wanted clear tape for glass containers. Sadly, I cannot get the printer to recognize the roll. I have tried resetting, following instructions, changing settings within the app. Nothing allows me to print. When I put the white label roll in, exactly the same way, the light turns green immediately and is recognized. I have no idea why the transparent is problematic. I will try contacting the company to see if there is a solution, in which case I will update this review.UPDATE: Managed to do a quick reset (finally) and now it works. I've changed my initial 2☆ rating to 4. I'm leaving off 1 star because of the glitch.

I didn’t care for the transparent because it was too difficult to read the text, it’s almost like it’s not there, which is great if that’s what you want… kinda defeats the purpose for me. I need a label I can see brightly and clearly.It does look great on wood so I gave it 3 stars.
