This has been a great addition to my RO system. Instant cold water whenever I want. Installation was easy. Only downside is the water pressure was slightly reduced coming from my RO system, but not that big of a deal. Definitely worth the money.

TLDR: Replaced my old chiller with this new model. Quick installation, efficient operation. Some minor drawbacks.I recently switched to this under sink water chiller after my previous Oasis model started failing, a common issue I've noticed in other reviews. Attracted by its competitive pricing and several positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. The delivery was prompt, and installation was a breeze, taking under 30 minutes thanks to the existing plumbing from my old chiller. I've been using it for a week now and am quite impressed with its performance. The water comes out perfectly chilled, and contrary to some reviews, the cooling fan operates quietly and only activates when necessary. It was a pleasant surprise to find that this unit came with fittings compatible with the 1/4 inch plastic pipes I already had, though there's also the option to use different piping. My criticisms are few but noteworthy. Firstly, the lack of detailed instructions could pose a challenge for those not well-versed in basic plumbing. Secondly, the absence of an external knob for temperature adjustment is a slight inconvenience. It's possible there's an internal option for this, but I haven't felt the need to explore that yet. Overall, this chiller is a solid choice, and I plan to update my review after more extended use.

I purchased with an under sink RO filter and a flood monitor. The filtered water goes through the chiller and out the countertop dispenser. The flood monitor detects any leaks and controls the water shut-off valve just in case the RO unit, plumbing, or chiller failed. I use the cold water for drinking and also fill my countertop ice maker for crystal clear ice. I do wish it chilled the water even colder, but it's definitely refreshing on a warm summer day right out of the tap. Runs quiet and I've had it for almost a year now so I would say it's also dependable.

After trying other ways to chill the water from my water filter, I was just not happy. So I decided spend the extra money and by this 'proper' water chiller that seemed intended for exactly what I wanted. I use it to chill the water from my 5-stage RO water filter to the dedicated faucet at my kitchen sink. It works great! I have this in my RV and have the chiller located in the 'basement' storage area with plenty of space around it to be ventilated. I have not tried it squeezed in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. I simply used extra 1/4 pipe to connect between the filter output and the faucet. It cools fast. If you were to run all the cold water through, it takes about 10-15 minutes to chill the internal tank completely. Having a look inside, I found one wire against a sharp metal edge. I added a small protection around that wire and relieved the tension on it. Beyond that, it looks well made and assembled. It was pricey but at least you get what you pay for. I recommend.
