The shower head attachment is easily installed by someone having the tools and a littleI capability, without hiring a professional. The main feature of this type of shower nozzle is that you can remove the shower head from its bracket while showering to target parts of your body that you want to rinse more generously. The beam of spray is narrow but produces strong pressure on the skin. Some may like a wider beam. Adjusting the type of spray is easy and can be done while showering. I like that I can adjust the type of spray I get.

I love it, but have to say the pinpoint blast mode can hurt ya! Very powerful! I also have an issue with the unit 30 degree angle at the base leaking and not aligned, so it sits askew in the holder. I think I need to take it off and add an o ring or something. I do like the power, and the fact you can turn it on and off on the handle.
