A great musical toy that helps develop hand-eye coordination and rhythm skills. The wooden construction is sturdy, and the bright colors make it visually appealing. This Toy Pound & Tap Bench Xylophone is a great musical activity toy that keeps my toddler engaged and entertained. I like that it is made of wood and designed with rounded edges and non-toxic materials. This toy is colorful, sturdy and well made. I like that there are different ways to play with toy, my kid can pound the balls to make music or play the xylophone separately. This toy is a great way to introduce my toddler to the joy of music, rhythm and to explore sounds. I like this toy because it is educational, engaging, and fun.

Product being reviewed: Fisher-Price Toddler Toy Pound & Tap Bench Xylophone Musical Activity, 6 Wood Pieces for Kids Ages 18+ MonthsGot this for our one year old and it's a hit! The balls hit the xylophone when pushed through the holes and it makes a nice and not too loud sound. The effort to push the balls through isn't too difficult or too easy. The xylophone is easily removed with the handle and sounds nice too. Quality seems good overall, except for the hammer. The hammer head broke off after only a couple days of use. This is disappointing and I really wish companies would make these types of things in one piece instead of gluing them on. The glue always fails and then it becomes a choking hazard. The other thing I'll note is the device itself is all wood but the wood is soft pine or something. There are lots of dents on it now that it has had some use. Overall, this is a great toy, however, I'd supervise with the hammer since the top can come off.

My son enjoys playing with this toy. He really likes that the xylophone can be removed. It’s like two toys in one. Only con is the balls get lost easy. Other than that, no issues.

Yay, Fisher-Price has wooden toys!I got this toy for my 12-month-old’s first birthday. I love wooden toys, especially when they come from a well-known brand.Pros:• Biggest pro: it comes with a hammer. My son is obsessed (iykyk)• It’s made of wood, which I much prefer over plastic• Fisher-Price says they use non-toxic paint• You can remove the xylophone and use it separately if you want• It’s very sturdy—both of my kids have already stood on it• Fun, colorful design• Rounded edges• No batteries neededCons:• The xylophone is really quiet. You can barely hear it when the balls roll across it, which kind of defeats the purpose. I might try loosening the screws to make it louder. (Could be a pro if you’re not into noisy toys
