This product seems very well built, and the only problem I have had with it was the fact that it assumes a specific size for the AA batteries (Yes AA not AAA as is indicated in the instructions.). I assumed the battery circuit had a fault and only the usb-c connection allowed me to fully setup the device. However, after trying some regular Duracell batteries I had laying around, the device magically started working, because the rechargeable I was using were a few millimeters shorter than the normal non rechargables sold. Hence, the 4 starts.

La cerradura cumple su funcion, la instalación fue estandar, pude agregar las huellas de toda mi familia sin mayor problema desde la app.Sin embargo tiene los sig. inconvenientes:- No funciona con pilas AA recargables, probé la marca amazon (nuevas) y Energizer 1.2V, solo pude hacerlo funcionar con la pila alcalina regular no recargable (1.5V).- El lector de huellas no es tan preciso. requiere varios intentos para funcionar.- La forma de la manija en forma de cilindro liso hace incómodo el giro para la apertura.

Me super encantó. Muy práctico. Se pueden grabar muchas huellas y si alguien no esta guardada se puede abrir atraves de la aplicación. Excelente y hermoso color. Usa 4 pilas y se carga como un celular. Le dura mucho las pilas.

Solo pude registrar la huella de una persona. Y al intentar registrar otras personas, al poner su dedo no registra y manda mensaje de que se desconecto. Lo intento volver a conectar y me dice que fallo la conexión. Puedes ayudarme? Estoy haciendo algo mal? O es una falla del aparato?

This is supposed to make getting into the house easier. And it would - if it recognized any of the four fingers I registered. FOUR. And it recognizes ZERO, except on rare occasions. To make matters worse, when it doesn't recognize my finger and I have to use my key, the keyhole is at the bottom of the doorknob. Very awkward to open, and virtually impossible to open with anything else in your hand. Like groceries, a purse, a backpack... you know, any of those things that we often carry in from our car.Don't waste your money.

Compré 4 perillas y solo 2 funcionaron bien, las otras dos traen falso contacto en sus cables, no son de buena calidad

After installing my lock, I realized it wasn’t working properly so I reached out to customer service. They were very patient and had me film a video of myself unlocking the door which allowed them to see what I did wrong. Apparently I had installed the latch in the wrong direction and needed to change one of the settings in the app. The company gave me detailed instructions on how to solve the issue and now it works perfectly!
