This item does exactly what it says. It is very well built. I highly recommend this to anybody on a budget. Using on a 2x3 cage.The one downside I was seeing people say was the springs will need to be replaced, and this may be true, and thankfully the creators have made this product in a way that the consumer can replace the springs if they do go out. I am very very very very happy with this product and I highly recommend it.

Works fine with the squat rack alone and quality seems to be pretty good however it’s useless with the half rack conversion kit. The half rack bolts to the squat stand through the exact area that would be used for these.

I really like these monolift arms from signature Fitness. The problem is that it is using a metal spring mechanism and it's not counterbalance. The metal spring will always have a lifetime that may not be situational for a purchaser.What would a consumer do if the spring comes out or is loose? Without the springs then this is just large J cups. I suggest the signature Fitness company provides the purchaser details on how to buy the exact type spring to replace the install one if a new one is needed. If the metal spring is accessible online or a hardware store g and if it's a reasonable price then I would suggest a five star. I personally don't have time to investigate the right type of spring and do a video on how you attach it to the product but the company should have this information readily because I believe they have a great product and a great price but a metal spring is not going to be reliable unless you can easily replace it. Oh and I have a 3X3 rack with one inch holes and it still works perfectly if it wasn't for the defective metal spring.
