Straight up, if you're looking for a unit that can act as both a camping/tent light AND a small pad or mattress inflator, this is probably the most portable option out there. Unfortunately given its size, it does have a few limitations which I'll go into in a bit; but I'll start off by saying that the build on this thing is better than I expected. It literally fits in the palm of my hand so the size is great; and the included nylon storage pouch fits everything including and all the accessories inside with room to spare. And that includes the charging cable. So you can easily roll it up inside your sleeping bag and it's good to go. As for the materials, both the transparent bottom and black top are plastic, but it's a dense plastic and certainly not hollow so it doesn't feel cheap at all. For something so small, it's decently heavy and feels solid and durable in the hand. The tiny clip on the top certainly could've been better though. The latch spring is nice and tight, and I guess I can understand the 2-point joint to keep the profile down; but they really should've made it out of metal. And slightly bigger.Fortunately, the shape of the device is absolutely fantastic since it can stand on either end with GREAT stability, so as long as you have a flat surface, you probably don't even need the clip. In fact, when the clip is folded down on the body, it actually prevents the unit from rolling if you accidentally leave it on its side. Smart design. But even if you want to use it on a tripod, it comes with a small rotatable mounting accessory with a standard 1/4" thread so that's another plus and a grade of A for the build. Now to the lights. There's 3 modes and frankly all of them are good. Unfortunately, you can only dim the first mode and it's rather finicky tbh. You have hold the small button for a good 3 seconds before it even starts to dim or brighten, and the spectrum travels FAST so it's not very sensitive. Of course, the shape of the unit is reminiscent of a lightbulb so the coverage area is EXCELLENT, despite the lights not being overly bright (300 lumen max) and a bit on the cold side (4500K). I'll give it an A- for the lighting feature. As for the pump, it's slightly more powerful than I expected, but it does prioritize volume of air over speed and pressure that's for sure. So the rpm is nowhere near what my larger battery-powered electric pump can do. It also won't be able to inflate much more than a LARGE air mattress on a single charge so it's really limited by the spool diameter and battery capacity (10 minutes is the recommended max run time). Nor will it do sports balls because it doesn't have the pressure rating, compressor or fittings. However, for smaller jobs like sleeping pads, inflatable water furniture, beach balls, and most especially for deflating all of the above, it's fantastic. Ditto for use as a fan or blower for cleaning small areas if you don't have a large brush on you. The only annoying thing is that the power control (akin to the brightness adjustment on the light) only goes in one direction. So when you hold the pump button to adjust the speed to go slower, it won't go back up again. If you want it to go faster, you'll have to turn it off, wait for it to spool down, then start it up again on the fastest speed. Bummer, so the fan gets a B+.Really though, besides the finicky power adjustments, the only other annoying thing is that you need to click either the pump or light button TWICE in succession in order to turn them on. I'm sure it's just a safety feature in case you have the thing in your pocket or somewhere where accidental trippings are a possibility, but it does make it a bit inconvenient at times. Especially since the rubberized buttons are pretty much flush with the body. Otherwise, if you're just looking for a portable and durable camping light than can do more than one thing, this device could be a great option. Despite a few minor power and capacity limitations (15W and 650mAh respectively), I'm honestly pretty happy with it myself. Can't expect miracles from something so tiny. An (A-) overall and 4.25/5 stars.

We used to struggle with our XPED air pads for backpacking until we got this little 4oz. Device. It blows each one up in under a minute! We will always backpack with it point forward! It’s like a typhoon in the palm of your hand!
