Quality is good but its quite overprice. Also you could be sweaty because of the velvet material .

Not as advertised or as pictured. The mat is filled with a minimal amount of cotton and when seated on it, it compresses to about 1/2 inch, or less. Purchased this for my wife's practice and she preferred the meditation cushion which was purchased with this mat. She kept the cushion and returned the mat.

I have had this mat for a couple hours now and my dog loves it. I'll have to get her her own now!

I sit in various positions while meditating in order to keep my spine straight. I had the zabuton and it was really helpful, but my ankles and knees would get sore over time. The cushion underneath allows me to relax for longer periods without the floor adding pressure my legs, ankles and feet. It's very soft!!

This mat has been made from high quality materials and is very soft and comfortable. I bought this not for practicing yoga, but for sitting on the floor and reading books and writing. I had another mat and it was hard and small, so I decided to buy this because the reviews said it was velvety and soft. I’m very happy of my purchase.
