I bought this joysticks to restore the functionality of some xbox 360 controllers I had so me and some buds have can a retro game night. So far so good, they work well and now we can organize a good day to do our stuff. The process is simple enough just make sure you have the flux and copper wick nearby thats good enough to desolder the things.

You have to open up the controller do some desoldering then solder in the new joystick but this will have your controller joystick feeling like new because they will be.

Lasted a month. Then the sticks started drifting like the ones I replaced and the push buttons didn’t work. Then installation takes about an hour. So if you have a little cash and time to throw away, have at it.

-does match perfectly in the original pcb / gamepad microsoft-is not the same quality like the original ones but is quite enough , the best replacement that i have found so far-3 months using it and there is not any problem

I had an axis wandering, replaced the pots controller is better than new!
